Study the carbody environment and using the design book and surface given by the customer decide the shape of FRP components after several iterations, keeping in mind the stack or functional analysis of components.
3D modelling and detailed drawing creation of components, taking into consideration such as weight, acoustics and eco design.
Create first version of project structure within PDM. Responsible for providing Product Engineering with a robust, workable, concept at the end of the Start-up phase.
Development of Rail structural, door & toilet piping vestibule parts of M7 rail cars.
Integrate supplier components (such as HVAC) into the vehicle in collaboration with systems engineering and manufacturing engineering.
Designing of brackets according to interfaces of carbody structure.
Creating installation drawings with reference to the FTA/MBD Models.
